1. Is the Security Deposit Refundable?

Yes, the security deposit is refundable according to the PG terms and conditions. However, deductions may apply in case of damages, rule violations, or pending charges.

2. Is Mess Facility Available?

Optional mess facility is available for students. Students can also use the kitchen setup and dining facilities available inside the PG premises.

3. Are Parents Allowed To Visit?

Yes, parents are allowed to visit the PG during appropriate timings. Prior communication with management is preferred for smooth coordination and security purposes.

4. What Are The PG Night Timings?

The official PG in-time is 10:00 PM and out-time is 6:00 AM. Students are expected to follow timing rules strictly for safety and discipline.

5. Is WiFi Available In The PG?

Yes, high-speed WiFi facility with 200 Mbps internet speed is available for students throughout the premises.

6. Are Rooms Fully Furnished?

Yes, all rooms are fully furnished with beds, mattress, study table, chair, lockers, cupboards, and necessary furniture for comfortable student living.

7. Is CCTV Security Available?

Yes, MY HOME GIRL PG is equipped with 24×7 CCTV surveillance along with biometric entry security and security guard supervision.

8. Are Attached Bathrooms Available?

Yes, attached bathroom facilities are available with regular cleaning and proper hygiene maintenance.

9. Is Daily Cleaning Service Provided?

Yes, daily cleaning service is available for rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.

10. Is Hot Water Facility Available?

Yes, hot water facility is available daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM.

11. Is Electricity Included In Fees?

Basic electricity usage is included; however, additional electricity charges of ₹250 per month are applicable as per PG policy.

12. Can Friends Or Relatives Stay In The PG?

No, unauthorized visitors, friends, relatives, or guests are not allowed to stay inside the PG premises for safety and security reasons.

13. Is Biometric Security Available?

Yes, biometric thumb entry system is installed for secure access and student safety.

14. What Payment Options Are Available?

Students and parents can make payments through Online Transfer, Google Pay, PhonePe, or Cash.

15. Is Advance Booking Required?

Yes, advance booking is recommended due to limited room availability. Booking is confirmed after payment of booking amount.
